Our Process

01. connect

Let’s Connect! We will start with a complimentary consultation. Contact Shelley Ann Events today to schedule your consultation. Let’s talk about your wedding day visions and dreams. I am excited to meet you!

02. coffee

Let’s have coffee, our treat! We can also meet by phone or zoom. During this initial meeting you will learn more about the Shelley Ann Events experience, have the opportunity to ask any questions and most importantly we would love to get to know you.

03. Confirmation

Together we will determine the best service package for you and your wedding day and lock it in. A signed agreement and retainer is required to hold you date. Following confirmation you will receive your Welcome Guide and Questionnaire.

04. details

There is so much beauty in each detail. During our first meetings we will discuss design, planning and details fit for your day. You will be provided all of the tools and resources to get started confidently. I am always just a call, text and email away.

05. planning

From timelines, vendors, design and all of the logistics in between we will be there every step of the way. From the moment we connect to your wedding day we will stay in communication with each of your vendors.

06. Wedding day

It is YOUR DAY! I will be the first to arrive to greet you and or the first vendor. I am present for your entire wedding day. Let me take care of the details and anything that may come up while you enjoy each moment to the fullest.

  • I hired Shelley to be my wedding planner and it was the best decision I made! I was extremely overwhelmed thinking I could do it on my own, but once I hired her on, everything went smoothly. She really helped with vendors and the execution of my wedding board on her part was perfect!!!
