This package is for the couple that enjoys planning the details and logistics of their wedding and is seeking a professional to step in during the final two months to manage vendors, create their timeline, provide stylistic input and coordinate their entire wedding day. I will make sure all of the details are accounted for and you can fully enjoy your day!

    Day of Coordination Bonus! 2-hour power planning session once booking is confirmed to get you off to a great start

    Construct a wedding day timeline, including a detailed run sheet

    Wedding day floor plans and inventory worksheet

    Final venue site visit

    Final confirmation with all vendors

    Full day wedding day management

    Attendance and facilitation of ceremony rehearsal

    Directing the ceremony processional

    Coordinate setup of the ceremony and reception

    Dealing with unforeseen hiccups, making day of decisions

    Direction of wedding party throughout the day of the wedding

    Point of contact for all vendors
