Kohl Mansion, Burlingame, California
There are wedding days that stay with you forever, and Rachel and Robert’s wedding at Kohl Mansion in Burlingame, California is one I’ll always carry close. From the moment we began planning, their vision was clear: a celebration that was classic yet deeply personal, elegant yet full of warmth and on their wedding day, every piece of that vision came alive.
Kohl Mansion offers a wealth of spaces to bring any wedding vision to life, each with its own unique charm and character. From the cozy intimacy of the library to the elegance of the dining room, the grandeur of the great hall, the light-filled morning room, and the lush rose garden, every corner of this historic Bay Area wedding venue provides a stunning backdrop for your special day. Photographers and couples alike are drawn to the mansion’s grand windows, manicured hedges, and timeless architecture, which create picture-perfect moments at every turn.
Originally, we had planned to host the ceremony on the lawn, with the reception on the patio and a move indoors for dancing and a dessert display in the morning room. Knowing that November weather in the Bay Area can be unpredictable, we built in flexibility from the start. When the forecast suggested a backup was needed, we were ready to pivot. The couple’s ceremony was beautifully moved to the patio, and dinner was hosted inside the stunning great hall, proving that even with a change of plans, the day remained magical.
From start to finish, Rachel and Robert’s wedding was a reminder of why I love what I do. They planned with purpose, trusted the process, and the result was a day that felt effortless, elegant, and uniquely theirs.
For couples dreaming of a romantic and historic Bay Area wedding, Kohl Mansion offers endless possibilities to bring your vision to life. If you’re interested in learning more about hosting your wedding at this stunning Burlingame wedding venue, I’d love to connect and help you plan a day that’s, let’s be real an epic celebration and unforgettable party!
